Applicants are offered a tool to use to find out whether, as of a given date, a specific entity (depending on the years for which the financial statement items are filled in) is an enterprise in difficulty pursuant to Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014. The definition of an enterprise in difficulty is cited in the form.
- The form is set for the assessment of one specific enterprise. The assessment of a whole group can be done either as an aggregation of data for the individual entities in the group or by filling in the form for each member of the group separately.
- In the editable part of the form, the applicant fills in the name of the company, company ID, legal form and date of establishment. Part of the data to be filled in is based on a declaration of the applicant – SME status, any insolvency proceedings or aid received for rescue.
- The third part of the form contains data from the last two closed accounting periods for which a tax return was filed. Here, the data from the financial statements are filled in and then the calculations.
- The right-hand side of the form shows the final result indicating whether the enterprise is in difficulty or not. If the enterprise is in difficulty, the form indicates the point of the definition on which this is based.
The functioning of the form has been verified in cooperation with the company CRIF – Czech Credit Bureau, a.s.
This is a pilot iteration of the form. Any suggestions and comments may be sent to ehp@www.apiagentura.gov.cz.
