The aim of the programme is to provide consulting services for start-up small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by operators of innovation infrastructure such as business incubators, science and technology parks and innovation centres.
The services are provided to start-ups in order to increase the number of new entrepreneurs and the competitiveness of start-up SMEs in economically weak regions.
